The business area has the following holdings:

AWC is a wholly owned subsidiary and the main hub for industrial investments of the Awilhelmsen Group. Our investment mandate is flexible, and we invest in both listed and private companies with few self-imposed restrictions on geography, investment size, liquidity, ownership stake or control. However, we do not invest via external managers or in venture companies. Primary holdings include Kernel, Protector Forsikring, Cambi, Trysilhus, Pareto Bank and Exabel.

Royal Caribbean Group (ticker on NYSE: RCL) is one of the leading cruise companies in the world. Awilhelmsen was one of three company founders in 1968, and owns, together with affiliates, about 7.5% of the shares.

Awilco is a wholly owned subsidiary and the hub for marine investments of the Awilhelmsen Group. Primary holdings include Integrated Wind Solutions, Awilco LNG and Awilco Drilling.

Power is one of the leading home electronic retailers in the Nordic countries, with physical and online stores in Norway, Denmark, Finland and Sweden. Awilhelmsen owns 45% of Power.

Proshop is an online consumer electronics retailer with webshops in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, and Austria. Awilhelmsen owns 50% of Proshop.
